Writing:

Launching The Art of Homemaking nearly 2 decades ago gave Megan not only a global audience of 100,000+ daily readers to the blog, but a host of opportunities to write for publications locally, nationally and internationally. She became the first woman columnist for a respected magazine, and won many awards over the years for both writing and photography.

In 2013 she was asked to write for Huffington Post’s “Love Letters” series. The piece, “A Love Letter to Lexington,” became the most read and shared “Love Letter” on the site, garnering 21,000+ likes and 4,000+shares.
